All our products are made locally in the NSW Hunter valley region from the finest beef that Australia has to offer sourced from local suppliers. We take pride in our products and choose to support as many local businesses as we possibly can when sourcing our ingredients.
Currently our beef jerky does contain small traces of gluten in the soy sauce and spices. We are currently working with a gluten free expert so we can produce a gluten free range!

Just a quick note to let you all know that unfortunately it’s time for our prices to increase. We’ve been absorbing rises across the board since we started back in 2020 and it’s reached a point where we just can’t keep it up. Hopefully you understand and will continue to support our small family run business.
